Ingredients
Khowsuey Curry Paste: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Flour: 2 tbsp
Coconut Milk: 1 cup
Cheese:
Spaghetti Noodles: 100 gms
Butter: 1 tbsp
Salt & Black pepper: As preferred
Method
Step 1: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté butter & minced garlic in a pan, followed by Khowsuey Curry Paste
Step 3: Add flour, stir until brown & slowly pour in the coconut milk to form a creamy sauce
Step 4: Shred cheese into the pan until it melts. Season with salt and pepper
Step 5: Once the sauce thickens, toss in the cooked pasta. Serve warm with garlic bread.
