Ingredients

  • Khowsuey Curry Paste: 2 tbsp

  • Garlic: 3-4 cloves

  • Flour: 2 tbsp

  • Coconut Milk: 1 cup

  • Cheese:

  • Spaghetti Noodles: 100 gms

  • Butter: 1 tbsp

  • Salt & Black pepper: As preferred

Method

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: Sauté butter & minced garlic in a pan, followed by Khowsuey Curry Paste

  • Step 3: Add flour, stir until brown & slowly pour in the coconut milk to form a creamy sauce

  • Step 4: Shred cheese into the pan until it melts. Season with salt and pepper

  • Step 5: Once the sauce thickens, toss in the cooked pasta. Serve warm with garlic bread.
