Ingredients

  • Onions: 1 (Large)

  • Garlic Cloves: 6

  • Ginger: 1 piece

  • Red Chilli: 6-8

  • Tomatoes: 1 (Large)

  • Thick Coconut Milk: 1 cup (House-made from 1 coconut)

  • Your Choice of Protein: 200 gms

  • Gram Flour: 2 tbsp

  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp

  • Vegetable Broth: 1 Cup

  • Oil & Salt: As preferred

Method

  • Step 1: Grind onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger & red chillies into a paste and saute in oil

  • Step 2: Add your choice of protein, add coconut milk with salt & turmeric & cook

  • Step 3: Roast gram flour. Once cool, mix it with coconut milk & sauté with tomatoes and spices.

  • Step 4: Add your choice of protein with vegetable broth and cook until it's tender

  • Step 5: Pour over cooked noodles and top with lime wedges, fresh coriander, spring onion, raw onion, green chillies, ginger slices, garlic chilli sauce & garlic chilli oil
