Ingredients
Onions: 1 (Large)
Garlic Cloves: 6
Ginger: 1 piece
Red Chilli: 6-8
Tomatoes: 1 (Large)
Thick Coconut Milk: 1 cup (House-made from 1 coconut)
Your Choice of Protein: 200 gms
Gram Flour: 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Vegetable Broth: 1 Cup
Oil & Salt: As preferred
Method
Step 1: Grind onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger & red chillies into a paste and saute in oil
Step 2: Add your choice of protein, add coconut milk with salt & turmeric & cook
Step 3: Roast gram flour. Once cool, mix it with coconut milk & sauté with tomatoes and spices.
Step 4: Add your choice of protein with vegetable broth and cook until it's tender
Step 5: Pour over cooked noodles and top with lime wedges, fresh coriander, spring onion, raw onion, green chillies, ginger slices, garlic chilli sauce & garlic chilli oil
