
Broccoli & Asparagus Steamed Buns
Ingredients:
Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
Asparagus cubes - ½ cup
Broccoli florets - ½ cup
Burma Burma Malar Stir Fry Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
Baos - 4 nos
To Garnish:
Black sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Heat some oil in a wok. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
Once the ingredients are sauteed well, add the broccoli florets, asparagus cubes, Burma Burma Malar stir fry sauce, and toss together.
Season with salt and sugar. Thicken the sauce to your desired consistency and turn off the heat
The filling is now ready.
To prepare the Buns, first split the baos so that they are not completely separate and apply a thin layer of butter to each half.
Fill each bun with the prepared asparagus and broccoli mixture.
The next step is to steam the buns for 5 to 6 minutes in a steamer
Remove the buns and garnish with black sesame seeds.
Place the buns in a bun basket and serve.
