
Tangy Malar Spaghetti
Ingredients:
Burma Burma Malar Sauce - 4 tbsp
Spaghetti - 100g
Cheese, grated - 2 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) - 2 cloves
Mushrooms (Sliced) - 50g (any variety)
Oil -1 tbsp
To Garnish:
Olive Oil / Processed Cheese
Method:
Boil spaghetti in salted water till al dente. Save about 4 tbsps of the pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside the spaghetti.
In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped garlic. Add and toss in the sliced mushrooms.
Stir-fry on high flame for two minutes. Then add Burma Burma Malar Stir Fry Sauce along with 4 tbsps of the saved spaghetti water.
Cook for a minute and add the cooked spaghetti.
Once the sauce has completely coated the pasta, switch off the flame.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with some grated processed cheese of your choice.
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the spaghetti if you like.
