Burma Burma is welcoming winter with Comfort is Khowsuey - a limited-edition Khowsuey Menu featuring six hearty bowls, bold flavours and soulful, soupy noodles available from December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, across all our restaurants and delivery via Swiggy & Zomato. 

These noodle bowls are perfect for slow lunches, celebrations, dates or even the odd heartbreak – the perfect comforting companion for every kind of winter mood.

This offering is shaped by our culinary team’s travels through Burma and showcases the regional styles of this all-time favourite. Guided by local cooks, chefs and keepers of Burmese culinary heritage, the six unique Khowsuey bowls carry flavours, stories and memories collected by the team along the way.

The stars include the signature Oh No Khowsuey; hand-tossed Dry Khowsuey, the Grandma’s Famous Khowsuey that is based on the heirloom recipe from our co-founder’s ancestral hometown- Prom (Pyay), the light & soupy Shwe Taung Khowsuey enjoyed in Burma’s mountain towns, the spicy & robust Downtown Khowsuey and the No Ze Khowsuey, which replaces coconut milk with a base of evaporated milk. Each portion of Khowsuey is served with an array of toppings – crushed peanuts, red chilli flakes, lemon, spring onions, fried onion & fried garlic – so you can make it your own.
