What are our award-winning Zero-Proof Cocktails?
It all started with a question. What if a great cocktail wasn't defined by what it left out but by everything it brought to the glass?
At Burma Burma, beverages have never been an afterthought. The same curiosity that takes our culinary team through tea shops, markets and family kitchens in search of recipes also inspires our bar team to discover ingredients, flavours and techniques that deserve a place in every glass. With ingredients like laphet, roselle, pandan, coconut, tamarind, jackfruit, fermented concentrates, cold-pressed fruit juices and house-made syrups, every drink from our Zero-Proof Menu packs in unforgettable flavours.
We created our first Zero-Proof Cocktail menu in collaboration with award-winning mixologist Avinash Kapoli. Built with the same care and complexity as classic cocktails, the collection went on to receive the Best Non-Alcoholic Menu 2025 at 30 Best Bars India. And that response told us something - people weren't just looking for alternatives. They were looking for experiences that linger longer in their memories.
What is Burma Burma After Hours?
For the very first time, we’re stepping out of our restaurants into some of India's favourite bars, adding our unique Burmese flavours to their crowd-favourite menus. A menu where guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted Zero-Proof Cocktails paired with Burmese small plates and signature mains. Whether you're taking a break from alcohol, skipping it altogether or simply curious about new flavours, Burma Burma After Hours is designed for nights that are every bit as social, celebratory and memorable.
We've brought together some of your favourite dishes that are perfect for sharing.
There's the fiery 'Wa' Potato, inspired by the cooking of the Wa community, tossed with hot seasoning, roasted chillies and crushed peanuts. The comforting Shan State Dumplings, delicate steamed rice sheets wrapped around a savoury mock meat filling, the crisp Crunchy Shiitake Fingers, Lotus Stem Chips, Tea Shop Fries Platter, Grilled Mock Meat Skewers, Chin Potato Croquette, Spicy Charred Edamame and Spring Roll Salad, each bring a different corner of Burma's flavours to the table. For those who believe every good evening deserves something heartier, our signature Oh No Khowsuey is ready to be served, piping hot!
